Keep in mind that the laptop 4080 uses the AD104 die that is also used in the desktop 4070 and 4070 Ti, all of which have a 192bit memory bus which was the same as the 3060 12GB (which is the original 3060, not the lame 128bit 8GB one) and 3060Ti, the latter of which also used the xx104 die.
