Hey guys, so I recently bought the new 'Clone' joystick, and it works great, but I'm having a bit of trouble with the configurations when I play Wind Waker, like, when I try to move the character, the camera moves as well, and when I try to move the camera, the Map opens up, and it's a bit confusing, what's the settings I should use? Thank you in advance!
New Joystick problem?

You should map the buttons just as they're supposed to be. Main stick to left analog and c-stick to right analog. D-pad to d-pad and so on. This stuff isn't hard to figure out.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1 CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked) GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1) RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333 01-19-2012, 03:17 AM

You must have the button mapping messed up. Make sure to test it, look for a button , or an analog doing more then one thing. Screen shot'ing the config, or recording it would help us help you better.

There you go, and I have no idea what 'button mapping' is, but yeah, a button does more than one thing :/ 01-19-2012, 03:45 AM
why did you mapped the C-Stick to button 0 2 3 1?
map them to another analog stick...

clear them with middle clicks. Then set them up with analogs. If you need, use the right click to do it manually. Is should look like the main stick only use analog 2/3. And get rid of that modifier on main stick.
and you d-pad is set to analog 1 also, clear that and use buttons. Mapping is just as is sounds, button (x) maps to action A button on the controller in game ). main page Working controllers 01-19-2012, 04:22 AM

Ohhh, I see, I think the problem is my controller, since when I use one analog it's detected as the same buttons as when I use the other analog, as if it were the same thing, or is there a way to change this?
So both sticks report the same analog configs? Where did you get this thing? ( do you have a link ) My suggestion is to buy a usb adapter. Like this
http://spawnlinux.dyndns.org/Bliss-Box/products.html This type of thing is intended for emulators. You can get a GC only and it support rumble. Many other out there as-well to choose from. main page Working controllers |
