Hello, another update for the sake of documentation.
If you're having this issue in Metroid Prime 2 with this texture pack do not fret, there is a folder causing an issue in that game too. I'm predicting that there probably is one for MP3 as well but
I have not yet started that game yet so haven't figured out what file it is.
Anyways, the file to delete for MP2 is "tex1_32x32_m_e0267b6c99e16dd4_14.dds"
Delete that and you're left with a dotless free center screen!
