Well ive confirmed that the new builds are loading the textures but they dont downscale the higher resolution textures. So if the original texture is 128x128, and I double the resolution (256x256) the new builds dont downscale the new texture.

Why is this a problem?
Well first there is no "Hires texture loading" going on. Its just "texture replacement". Currently the resolutions are too low for any detail. They appear blurry. If we can increase the resolution by say 4x, maybe 8x we can add all sort of details.
