Weird. Using the povray benchmark on 4.0-1516 I got 8:20, on 4.0-1494 I got 8:14, and on 4.0-652 (The one that comes with the benchmark) I got 8:29. I used the same settings that the build in the benchmark download had. How come I'm not seeing an improvement in the benchmark, but I did in games? My times on the benchmark are also 45-60 seconds slower than others with a 4770K.

Intriguing, anything to help the JIT recompiler core is something that catches my eye, are there specific games we need to test that are usually more intensive, like F-Zero GX? IIRC, that game doesn't quite run full speed on my Core i5, so I'll test that, along with Twilight Princess

I was gonna test F-Zero GX, but the damned game keeps crashing on the build in the original post. Dual Core is disabled, but it keeps crashing, guess I can't test to see if this game works better or not. Not sure why this is happening.

There was a build around here that broke MMU/MMU Speedhack games. It's fixed now, just use the latest version.

Gotcha, downloaded the newest build, and I must say, I'm quite impressed it runs so well, I'm getting 60 fps almost all the time, every so often it does dip, but only to about 57 but quickly picks back up. The game definitely gets a speed boost. I guess my system is somewhat adequate after all. Need to think of other games I can test. Not sure if it's useful, but here's the fps log from the game, went through three laps on one of the lightning courses on F-Zero GX Spoiler:
