Have you tried 3.0-852 on master branch rather than new-ax-hle? I think the last revision I compiled was 3.0-863 on master, and both the graphics and the audio ran fine for this game when I tested it. It looks like your screenshot shows something where happening with the projection, as you said. It's supposed to be Dolphin's default behavior, but are you using the projection hack for this game, and if so what values are set?

Hi Guys,
i still have problems playing soa. Using HLE everything works fine, but the sound is just crap. Using LLE Sound is good, but i get 12-18 frames. Is there an option i may miss? My Hardware shouldnt be the problem i think: Intel® Core™ i7-2670QM Prozessor (2,20 GHz, with Intel® Turbo-Boost-Technology 2.0 up tp 3,10 GHz, 6 MB Intel® Smart-Cache) 8 GB DDR3-RAM 1333 MHZ NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 560M GDDR5 1536MB Thanks for you help 12-23-2012, 04:41 AM
Your system is too weak to use LLE. But you can try to use an AX-HLE build ( http://dolphin-emu.org/download/branches/ )

Hi! i have an I5 2500K and HD5850@850/1200
when i put in LLE, the game run slow (22/23FPS) but when i put in HLE his workin very well (except in DX9/11, give me frame rate drop, only work full in OpenGL) but OpenGL have a Tearing in screen very odd... have any config can i use to solve this? i'm using New AX HLE 843! 12-23-2012, 09:14 AM
If you're still using LLE rather than HLE audio, you should enable Accurate VBeam emulation by right clicking the game and going into Properties. HLE in master branch sounds fine, and the nex-ax-hle branch should sound even better, so LLE audio is no longer required to get good audio in this game.
For the "tearing" you have on OpenGL, can you give us a screenshot? Also, can you provide us with screenshots of your graphical settings? Click the Graphics button in Dolphin and look at the General, Hacks, and Enhancements tabs; that should be all we need to see. Restart. Should work fine. If it does not. Close again and restart etc (12-23-2012, 09:41 AM)makotech222 Wrote: Tried the new master branch 899, still got the same. Tried with Dolphin 3.0? You shouldn't get this issue with the official release. If you do then your problem is elsewhere

This game either has text missing or graphics missing at least that is with and without the projection hack enabled in the order of issues. So for me its unplayable either way. Cant play if I can not see anything and cant play if I can not read anything either.
Does anyone know how to get Skies of Arcadia running properly on Direct3D 11 mode? a lot of textures will just black out for seemingly no reason (even if they appeared before), but i seem to get the best performance on that mode (potentially because of that).
Also, it seems the Accurate V-beam Emulation is what causes 20 FPS-limited Cutscenes.
