Is the Colosseum Bonus Disc usable with a physical GBA, Ruby, and link cable to receive Jirachi? If so, what are the controller settings? I've been messing with it for a while now and I'm beginning to think it was too good to be true.

It has to be Dolphin with an emulated GBA or a real GameCube with a real GBA. 09-29-2019, 07:30 AM
I was hoping to find a code for 60fps for this game. Considerd looking for the right memory values myself with something like Cheat Engine but from my previous experiences it's like looking for a needle in a haystack. However I noticed both the main menu and the pause menu run at 60fps.

Speaking codes I can't get the widescreen code for this game to work correctly.
It stretches in and out when talking to people and it does not show 16:9 properly. 09-30-2019, 07:50 PM

Force 16:9 needs to be enabled. It also crashes the game before the first battle with Ein starts. After unchecking that AR code it works fine. 05-13-2020, 05:56 AM
Hi, I was wondering if anyone could assist me with my problem. I'm fairly new to Dolphin Emulation and I decided to try to play one of my childhood favorites. Pokémon Colosseum runs wonderfully on my system surprisingly, however, it likes to randomly crash for no apparent reason. One second I'm playing the game, no apparent flaws whatsoever, next second, I'm sitting on my desktop wondering what happened. I can provide my settings I'm running on if it could help anyone help me fix my problem.
Thank you very much, Thomas Dolphin Version: 5.0-11991 System Specs: Intel i5-7200U Intel HD 620 128MB 2x8GB 2400Mhz 05-13-2020, 08:01 AM
Does it give any errors when it crashes? Have you tried disabling dual core?

Hello, I was wondering if someone could please help me. I got Dolphin Emu a couple of weeks or a month ago and I've been playing Colosseum. Long story short, I stopped playing due to finals for uni classes. Yesterday I tried running Pokemon Colosseum, and Dolphin crashes right when loading the game. My other games work just fine, but its only Colosseum that crashes for me. I haven't changed any settings since I lasted played Dolphin and I haven't received any error messages when trying to run Colosseum. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also let me know which settings you would like me to share as well.

If you restart your computer (not shutdown) solve the problem?
If you open Dolphin, right click on Colosseum in the game list, go to Properties > Verify tab > and click the verify button, does it say if you have a good dump of the game? Does updating to the latest Dolphin 5.0 dev build help? |
