i know this has been asked LOTS of times but i cannot still find a straight clear answer why this happens. i've searched the forum but answer is not clear.
basically, enabling dualcore actaully lowers my performance by about two times. when i disable dualcore option, I get 50 to 60 FPS but when i enable it, it is about 30fps. i really do not understand why this is and it seems like only a minor amount of ppl have this prob. most DO get performance incerase as normal when dualcore is enabled.
i'm using windows 7, 32-bit, 4 gig ram, with e5200 dualcore o/c'd at 4ghz.
this happened exactly the same when i had vista, with a e2160 at 1.8ghz.
PLEASE HELP!
