So, I was playing Super Mario Sunshine perfectly with this setup:
Ps4 controller, DS4tool, selecting xinput on the configuration menu of dolphin and set up my controls (used the same triggers for left and right analog, so you can actually spray and run) and bam, i was playing super mario sunshine.
however, for some reason, dolphin no longer wants to recognize xinput, even though I literally did no changes to my setup. for some reason, it chooses my ps4 controller as "wireless controller" now. the issue with this is, now i can't spray and run anymore. i set the triggers the same for analog, like i did before, but it doesn't work. for some reason he just stands in place and sprays.
as far as i can tell, it only worked with xinput.
any idea what's going on here? i'll use wireless controller if there's a workaround, but i don't get why it's not reading xinput anymore even the computer detects and xbox 360 controller with the ds4tool.
