Update:
Dolphin is performing decently at stock CPU speeds. I can play most games in 720p resolution at full speed (Super Mario Galaxy struggles a bit at times). Unfortunately, I haven't had much success overclocking... I'm performing a stress test now at 3.7 GHz and 1.2 volts. So far, it seems to be the sweet spot where I'm able to sustain cpu temps at 80 degrees or lower at load. This seems pretty subpar compared to what many have achieved with this processor. Could it have something to do with the PSU? How much of a difference do you think an aftermarket cooler would make?
I'm very satisfied with the build though. I'm going to test this clock speed on Dolphin after a few more hours of stress testing. I'll report back with the results.
