I recently downloaded the 64-bit Dolphin emulator and was frustrated with low fps. When I went to access the graphics settings (pushing the "graphics" button), I couldn't. Neither could I access it from the dropdown menu (options -> graphics settings). Any help would be great. Thank you.

This happens with me rarely, normally I just have to close and open the emulator again to fix this, have you tried openning it without running any games before?
Plus, this used to happen with me often in older revisions, wich one you are using? And wich Graphics Plugin? What's your Operating System?

I think it was an older revision; I downloaded the newest version off the Dolphin site, and it's been working great.

Them the revision you were using probably had some error when downloading, a tip for when you get some very weird problems is to redownload the emulator...
