Did you configure them correctly? Post your GC Pad configs...

I think you just configured the buttons wrong. It doesnt even look like you have the xbox d-pad mapped to any input

Analog buttons? Do you mean the Triggers? The Xbox original controllers have analog face buttons, but the Xbox 360 controllers don't. So this is a little confusing... Please specify what kind of controller you are using and what you mean by "analog buttons".

Is an XBOX 360 controller, as I say all buttons work fine but the sticks don't. Sorry for the mistake.
You have a nunchuk "plugged in", which disables wiimote dpad control in the game. Set the Dpad to the 360 controller's dpad, and then set the nunchuk's joystick to the 360 controller's joystick.
Also... why is the Left analog stick set to IR (wiimote pointer), and right analog stick set to the dpad? That's... unusual. Intel Xeon w7-3465X OC | Asus Pro WS W790-E Sage SE | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 FE | 8x16GiB G-Skill Zeta R5 DDR5-6000 | Windows 11 22H2 | (details)
